We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Return Postage
Customers are responsible for return postage costs, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent — in which case we will cover the return postage.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalised products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
